REFUND POLICY
Our refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days has passed since receiving your purchase (according to shipping information), unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
If you have received a parcel that has suffered damage during transportation you must inform us within 7 days of the delivery date. To lodge a claim please email sales@oasisnz.co.nz with your order number and details about the product/s that were damaged. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to proceed. Oasis NZ is unable to process a claim for damage during transportation after 7 days from the delivery date.
You will need to provide the following to process your claim:
- Photo or video of the damaged item/s
- Photo of the shipping box showing the shipping label
Once your claim is received and reviewed, you will be sent an email with the outcome of your claim. If approved you will receive a refund of the purchase price of the product (excl shipping) it will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
Non-Refundable Items:
Gift Cards, Beauty Products, Make-up, Food, Sale items, Market, Auctions/Games - Only regular priced items may be refunded.
**Shipping costs are non-refundable
Late or missing refund:
If you have not received your refund after 7 days of approval please contact your bank in the first instance for credit card payments or your Buy Now Pay Later provider (Laybuy or Afterpay) it can take 10-14 days for your refund to be processed. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund please contact us at sales@oasisnz.co.nz
Gifts
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient you are responsible for filing the claim.

SHIPPING POLICY
At Oasis NZ our goal is to offer you the best shipping options no matter where you live. Every week we deliver to customers across New Zealand ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. Shipping costs are based on weight and destination and will be calculated at checkout.
The time frame for order delivery is as follows:
Processing: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging is usually 2-3 business days.
Shipping time:
This refers to the time it takes from pick up (collection) to delivery. NZ deliveries generally take 2-5 days to reach their destination. International delivery may take 10-15 business days but may take longer from time to time.
Tracking:
We send tracking information when parcels are shipped using the contact email information you have provided - we take no responsibility for incorrect information.
Undelivered/ Lost / Damaged Parcels:
Whilst all care is taken to ensure parcels are delivered in a timely manner and great care is taken when packaging orders we have no control over what happens to the parcels once they leave our store. If in the unlikely event you do not receive your parcel you MUST contact us immediately. If it has been 14 days since your order was dispatched we are unable to process a claim with the Carrier.
Delivery Providers:
We currently use Courier post (Regional) and NZ Post (International) for all of our deliveries.
Errors, inaccuracies & Omissions:
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. Oasis NZ reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
