Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
For items to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and it must also be in the original packaging.
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Additional non-returnable items:
Gift Cards, Beauty Products, Make-up, food items
To complete your return, we require your order number (This can be found on your order confirmation email)
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 days of approval please contact your bank in the first instance for credit card payments or your Buy Now Pay Later provider (Laybuy or Afterpay) it can take 10-14 days for your refund to be processed. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Sale items / Market / Auctions/Games: Only regular priced items (purchased via our store site) may be refunded, sale items, market items, auctions and games cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable) We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please notify us by email at email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

**You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item**
Shipping costs are non-refundable. On receipt of the returned item you will be refunded the purchase price of your order less shipping. Depending on where you live the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
At Oasis NZ our goal is to offer you the best shipping options no matter where you live. Every week we deliver to customers across New Zealand ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. Shipping costs are based on weight and destination and will be calculated at checkout.
The time frame for order delivery is as follows: Processing: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging is usually 2-3 business days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes from pick up (collection) to delivery. NZ deliveries generally take 2-5 days to reach their destination. International delivery may take 10-15 business days but may take longer from time to time.
Restrictions: We only ship to physical addresses, we are unable to ship to PO boxes.
Tracking: We send tracking information when parcels are shipped using the contact email information you have provided - we take no responsibility for incorrect information.
Undelivered/ Lost / Damaged Parcels:
Whilst all care is taken to ensure parcels are delivered in a timely manner and great care is taken when packaging orders we have no control over what happens to the parcels once they leave our store. If in the unlikely event you do not receive your parcel you MUST contact us immediately. If it has been 14 days since your order was dispatched we are unable to process a claim with the Carrier. If your package arrives damaged please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will lodge a claim with the delivery provider.
Delivery Providers: We currently use Posthaste (Regional) and NZ Post (International) for all of our deliveries.
