Temporary Kirituhi Tattoos


Kirituhi tattoos are a beautiful and meaningful form of body art originating from Māori culture. Our temporary Kirituhi tattoos feature original hand-drawn designs that celebrate this rich tradition. Perfect for special occasions, festivals, or personal expression without the commitment of permanent ink.

Each pack contains 4 - 5 Temporary Kirituhi Tattoo's. Sizes vary. Each Pack in numbered and contains the designs shown the the photo labeled with that number.

How to Apply

  1. Prepare the Skin: Ensure the area is clean, dry, and free from oils or lotions.
  2. Apply the Tattoo:
    • Cut out the design as close to the edges as possible.
    • Remove the clear protective sheet and place the design face down on the skin.
    • Dampen a damp cloth or sponge with water and press firmly over the backing paper for about 30 seconds.
    • Gently peel away the paper to reveal the design.

Removal
To remove the temporary tattoo, simply wash the area with warm water and soap. You can also use alcohol or baby oil to help peel off any remaining tattoo.

Care While Applied

  • Avoid rubbing or scrubbing the tattoo.
  • Keep it dry and avoid excessive sweating, swimming, or exposure to water to prolong its lifespan.
  • Minimize friction from clothing or accessories over the tattooed area.

Duration
Our temporary Kirituhi tattoos typically last between 3 to 5 days, depending on skin type, location on the body, and care practices. The design will gradually fade and can be removed sooner if desired.
